About Us

Red Top Mountain State Park & Lodge is located on 1,562-acres surrounded by Lake Allatoona. The 12,000-acre lake is located near Cartersville, 45 minutes north of Atlanta.

Amidst the tall Georgia pines, you’ll be comforted by 33 peaceful lodge rooms and 18 secluded, fully equipped cottages with lakeshore views. The Lodge is equipped with Wireless Internet Service in our guest rooms and conference facilities, an outdoor pool, a full-service restaurant and conference rooms. The two enclosed group shelters, located on the park, provide quiet settings for groups of 150-200 people.

When it comes to dining, the Mountain Cove Restaurant serves great meals with great views.
