Our website includes the 63 State Parks and Historic Sites managed by the Georgia Department of Natural Resources. If the property you are seeking is not listed, it may be operated by the Corps of Engineers, U.S. Forest Service, a state authority or another agency. Future state parks, such as Standing Boy Creek and Don Carter, are not listed because they are not yet open to the public. Stone Mountain Park, the Chattahoochee River National Recreation Areas, Piedmont Park, Lake Lanier Islands and Jekyll Island are not state parks.
